This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered within the EU, including common delivery issues and how they are handled.

1) Shipping destinations (EU)
We ship to all EU countries and Switzerland excluding remote islands/regions.
All other destinations, including extra EU countries and EU remote islands/regions, require a prior enquiry before placing an order.
We do not ship to Turkish Cyprus, Israel and countries under military operations.
2) Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 12:00 are shipped the next business day.
Weekend and holiday orders are shipped the next business day.
3) Delivery estimates (not guaranteed)
Estimated delivery time within the EU is 2–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier performance. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
4) Carriers and tracking
We ship with DPD / GLS / FedEx / SPEEDY / ECONT.
Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
5) Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight/size.
All shipping costs and conditions are defined and visible in the WooCommerce setup.
6) Packaging and supplement care during delivery
Supplements are packaged to protect product integrity. After delivery, customers should:
- bring the parcel indoors promptly
- avoid leaving products in heat, direct sun, or moisture
- store products according to label instructions
At this time, there are no special rules, insulated packaging, or seasonal limitations.
7) Address accuracy and delivery failure
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. If delivery fails due to inaccurate details or missed delivery attempts, the parcel may be held at a pickup point or returned to sender.
Customer shall bear costs of re-shipping at the full amount and shall pay in the same fashion the goods have been purchased or shall pay in advance by means of money wire or by means of credit card.
8) Split shipments
If an order contains multiple items, it may ship in more than one parcel.
9) Damaged parcel, missing items, lost shipment, “delivered but not received”
Damage or missing items:
Customers must contact Info@med-vet.eu within 72 hours upon receiving the parcel and provide photos of the outer box, inner packaging, items, and shipping label.
Lost in transit:
Customer shall contact Info@med-vet.eu in case the tracking page is not showing delivery advance on schedule. We will open a carrier investigation; if loss is confirmed, we offer replacement or refund.
Marked delivered but not received:
Customers should check with household members, neighbors, reception desks, and safe places. Assistance with investigation will be provided.
10) VAT (EU)
Prices are VAT included.
When trading within the EU, VAT is managed by means of the European Commission’s VIES process.
